LYVE Overview

LYVE is an open, high-precision positioning solution for vehicles and other powered assets. It enables accurate client-side positioning in depots, stations, tunnels, and other areas with limited satellite visibility.

By combining GNSS/RTK and ultra-wideband (UWB) technologies, LYVE supports seamless indoor and outdoor localization with sub-meter accuracy. The position is calculated on the moving asset, eliminating the need for complex roadside localization servers. Components are qualified for rail (EN 50155) and bus (E-Mark) deployments but can be applied to other industries as well.
